If you could go back in time over the past 50 years for a weekend of drink, cavorting and general good fun which decade would you pick?
Me! I'd try out the sixties followed the week later by the eighties.

Does it have to be a decade? I would go back just two years and maybe do things a little differently.

I'd go back to the 50's just to try it out.

I'd actually be quite interested in spending a weekend in England during WW2. Majorly interesting time.

Oi can remember when oi could go out with a ten bob note in me wallet, take me bird to the pictures, 'ave a couple of pints for me an' a gin and it for the bird, a meal of fish and chips and still coome home with a bit of change jinglin in me pocket
I'd go back to my old student days, sup a few pints of 72p beer, see all the gorgeous girls I used to have a crush on then put a huge wad of money on at the bookies predicting the fall of the Berlin wall, Mandela's release, Thatcher's resignation, Man U's dominance, various Grand National results (and non results) and the Xmas number 1 before going for a curry at the Rajput.

Oh god... where do I begin. I've had decent times in the 80s, 90s and currently having a blast now.
Early 80s when I was a kid would probably be nice, but I would also like to visit a decade before I was even born.
back to the 70s for me get up put on me oxford bags, make sure me straggle cut were in place, go into town have a look at chelsea girl, peter robinsons etc, go to Shack for coffee and then off to top rank in the afternoon, home changed and then back into town to go to crazy daisy, sunday morning lie in reading Jackie down to park to ogle boys I fancied playing football, back into town to Brown Bear, wimpey then home
