The rescue centre at Beighton is desperate for any blankets or duvets.Anything big fluffy and warm please.

Try anywhere you can so the dogs aren't cold. The beds get so wet and damp at this time of year. Ask around in local jumble or charity shops?

Its down station road, at woodhouse - but you need to give the number a call thats on our website under SHEFFIELD DOGS 2 to make sure someone is there when you call.

If anyone wants to drop bedding in to me I can get it to the rescue as I go down there on a regular basis as the lady who runs it is a friend of mine :)

Have been down to the rescue tonight and she is particularly short of large bedding items for the large breed dogs. Please sort through your cupboards and see if you have any clean old bedding you could donate. Thanks.

iv got quite a few bags full of bedding that are for the pound, sure we could spare a bag, someone would have to collect it as i dont drive

I think I may have a couple of fleece tops and some pillows due for throwing out - no duvets unfortunately

the rescue is actually in woodhouse rain! and if people cannot get but can get to town they can drop it off at the pound with me as dawn is my friend and i go alot

Just bringing this thread back up in case any of you have any blankets - or can think were you could find some for the rescue pets?

Its so cold out there - they need all the blankets and bedding they can get. Anyone?
