When you look at the sky or some brightly light white surface like a wall, do you see like sparkly bits moving around? I do and I was wondering what it might be. I dont see them looking at anything else, so I asume its something to do with bright sunlight or UV.
Someone has replaced your eyeball with a cheap snow globe while you were asleep.

Sounds like 'floaters'.
Everyone has them - it's cell detritus and general crap floating around in your eyeball between the lens and the retina.
If you get big things that are always visible, or dark patches, or things that obscure your vision, then get 'em checked out.
But they sound like floaters to me.
