I have somehow gathered 3,800 airmiles (i think from ages ago when sainsburry's vouchers could be exchanged for them). But what does anyone ever spend them on?

My Mum lives in Spain & my son in Houston but when I've costed flights to visit them, thery're cheaper to book with the flight companies direct than to use the Miles & pay the tax; Hotels?.... they are always better offers online.

We spent a few last year in exchange for Alton Towers tickets, any other ideas?
