Hotel Bristol, Mecure Hotel nr Millenium Gallery, there a few in the leafy areas of Crookes. Apart from restaurants in hotels, I'm not sure where else they may accomodate a good vegetarian option. Unless the chef decides to get creative, normally it's pretty boring. Forgotten the name of that place near Ecclesall Rd which is always a favourite for Christmas dos.
