Due to my laptop post in this section I would like to know if anyone else has been ripped off or lied to through the backteeth at Meadowhall Retail Park or any other PC World for that matter.
To be told by a worker, that we would be getting a newer replacement laptop, and then having it taken away... just sickens me and I find it disgusting behaviour from people who are 'trained' in PC's and customer services.

well...you have to learn the hard way i guess. ive had few dealings with pc world..but i wouldnt step foot in the place again.
its overpriced and they will charge you for telling you how to turn on your computer
p.s. sell your vouchers! they arent worth it.. anything you want from there you can prob get 30quid cheaper online anyways.
Very very true mate.. too late with the vouchers though..
This missus saw a nice card making CD for £29.99, ah well.. easy come easy go :)

If you don't have any joy with them try a visit to your local Citizens Advice Bureau and ask about your rights under the Sale of Goods Act .
