Did anyone go to see the Circus of horrors? The scariest thing I saw all nite was the price of the tickets... what a pile of poo! I was very disappointed indeed...

Yes, I thought it wasnt bad - not seen it before. But I'm sure he has seen Alice Cooper as bits of the show are very similar.

I thought it was going to be a bit more extreme with the whole skin stretching/ pins through flesh/weights etc especally with the build up and other reviews I had read but it ended up being a bit crude with all the knob gags.

More Chubby Brown mixed in with Rocky Horror. Glad I had a half price voucher

I thought it was weak - just some standard circus acts tarted up with some frankly poor 'magic' and sub-standard rock songs. I was definitely expecting something more edgy going off the publicity. Doubt I'll be back next year!

Couldn't agree more... very weak & the rock sucked too... I was expecting a bit more when they connected the legs to the half man... creating a lame diversion with the dwarf at the other end of the stage then wheeling him off "when no one was looking" was absolute rubbish... I'll not be going a second time...

Thanks for the reviews, as I missed it this time due to pressures of work; I saw it a couple of years ago at City Hall; glad to hear that the dwarf is still going strong lol. While it is billed a 'Circus', I'd say it is more of a magical stage spectacular (It will appeal to those who don't want to visit circuses with animals), at least when I saw it in a theatre setting, and I found some of the tricks close to my own magic/illusion ideas, though on a grander scale; I even chatted with the crew after the show I saw, but in spite of swapping contacts, never heard from them again -most disappointed at that!

If anyone else missed the C O H this time around, they could always hire me lol, as my repertoire of famous card-tricks and low-budget cheap and cheerful versions of illusions include my live singing 'Headless Phantom'!

Looking forward to seeing C. O. H. sometime soon again though!
