Just wondering if anyone had any experience or advice with dropshipping?
I need to expand my product range and have a website all set up ready to go and dropshipping seems ideal for me. Would anyone recommend any dropshippers? (preferably with no sign up costs to sites).
Also when looking for a dropshipper is it best to look for UK suppliers as delivery will be considerably quicker then it would say from Europe or China and my target market is the UK..
Any advice?

checkout DRO
i unwittingly bought something off them off ebay
noticed the water marks after i have paid for it
i recommend selling special tools for automotive application on ebay
for example: 'golf mk2 mk2 caliper wind back tool'
research your market and you may make some easy money, might not be allot
DRO? whats that? Bit unclear about what you mean about watermarks? Thought that was what was put on images? Also what do you mean by automotive application?
Thanks for the reply

thanks guys! will check out the article :)
Always test your drop shipping suppliers. You can see what kind of a service your customers will be getting and how long it takes from order to delivery.
Some offer great support with next day service whilst others cant be bothered to keep you informed of out of stock items which can be infuriating.
Cheers for that, I will buy a few cheap products from Chinvasion to see how the service is. I've read plenty of reviews and they seem reliable, they also say the delivery shouldn't be any longer than 5-8 days which I thought was very reasonable. Am I right in thinking that up to 8 days from China is a good delivery time?

She selling iphone 4's and ipads on EBAY. If for instance she sells something for £600 she keeps £300!!!
Is it really that easy? Cos thats alot of money isnt it for doing nothing isnt it!!

That doesn't sound right at all.
1) The competition on eBay is fierce for iPhones, probably the most competitive thing you can wish to sell
2) I don't think even retailers who order 1000's of them trade at a 100% margin
If it were that easy, everyone would be doing it. Nobody is going to pay more on eBay for something they can buy for less on Amazon or in the store.

dropshippers never give that margin of a products sale price. Dropshipping isnt easy, and its a volume thing, so you gotta sell loads to make anything at all to make dropshipping worthwhile.
