It will be soon that time of year again when the other half is pestering, or like me, you don't give a stuff and appreciate the single life. So, if like me, you dislike valentines (whether you are single or not) and want to escape it's evil grasp then this might be the night for you.

As per previous years, the 2010 anti valentine meet will be held in the city centre. This year's event will be held at the Dev Cat from 7 pm.

as an alternative option, The Rude Shipyard on Abbeydale Road are having an anti-Valentines festival of music etc over the weekend 13th-14th of February, Everly Pregnant Brothers will be appearing on the Sunday. Should be a cracking weekend.

Is it me or are forum meets under subscripted in this day and age? :( I recall when we had 20 - 40 people turn out, but we are luck to get that these days.

Anyhow, that leads me on to say that this meet is open to all. Feel free to pop along and say hi. We don't bite, with the exception of Jibbs maybe.
