After coming to terms that my lifestyle and work patterns sadly wouldnt accommodate a family dog (I've thought long and hard about it since my pooch died) - there would be no reason why I couldn't get cat - my last adult rescue cat had 19 wonderful years with us, however this time I really would like a kitten (thinking about Feb/march time - so please don't tell me about bundles of fluff that need a home now - gotta get the hols outta the way first)
Can I request shelters/rescue places to ring me when a kitten comes in or is it simply a matter of luck that they'll have any - and I'll have to call weekly?
Alternatively if anyone has any kittens due Feb on here - and are looking for a home, I would gladly offer one - however I will not pay a 'private' 'seller' - but would gladly donate £75 to a rescue centre instead.

Could one of the shelter/rescue workers let me know if its possible to 'order' a kitten please as I really would prefer to give a home to an unwanted fluff

Cat Abuse Treatment Society has had another 3 passed in today. I am going up tomorrow Pink so will get some details for you. They are around 7 weeks at the moment and need time to be socialised, assessed etc. I'll pm you tomorrow x
