I would just like to say thank you to the kind people who helped my Mum ( Hetty on SF) who fell very badly in Graves Park on New Years Day morning when she was walking her dogs three people who tried to help her also fell, aswell as the ambulance sliding backwards on terrible ice.

Her injuries were horrendous, a shoulder break in two places and muscle damage, and to the lady who used her mobile to call the ambulance a huge thank you- also to the off duty policemen who wrapped her in his coat while the ambulance arrived..thank you.

She is still in hospital after under going extensive surgery but if it hadn't been for the kindness of the dog walkers in the park things could have been alot worse.

Thank you to all that cared & helped.

Oh your poor mum. What a terrible ordeal for her. It's nice to hear of good samaritans out there.I hope your mum is soon much better and is able to come out of hospital.

Oh thats awful I really hope that your Mum is soon feeling much more comfortable, its lovely to know that people still pull together in times of crisis and still care about others.

I hope she gets better we were there but there were so many good people there we felt at a loss as to know what to do please send our love
