I was in ikea a few days ago they did a wardrobe with sliding drawers starting about £150 probably cheaper to buy all new than buy sliding bits a paying a joiner hope this helps

very good looking. easy to fit. we then used a joiner to fit them because my wife didn't trust me to fit them.

the problem you have is you will never get the correct tracks for the doors to work unless you no where they came from

We have just had some wardrobes done by Mark Hadfield. I'd totally recommend it. We found the price very reasonable plus courteous and great finish.
