Who's Afraid Of The BBC Weatherman? - Ant is.

Daniel Corbett is a spooky freak of a man. I find him very, very scary. He talks like he's in a Tim Burton movie. Is it just me? The fella gives me goosebumps.

Here (http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/bbcweather/forecasters/dancorbett.shtml) he is, but it's a poor photograph.

Oh my God! The (camper than a row of pink tents) weatherman!!

I have been quietly obsessed with this man ever since a late night drunken shopping trip sometime in 1999. Then he was on the rolling news24, and he popped up every 15 minutes to say

'Tomorrow, maybe a shower or two, don't forget the brolly if you are out with your grandmother, say, walking the dog in a park. You might need it.'

I laughed my head off. But then he said the same thing 15 minutes later. Then exactly the same thing 15 minutes after that... then, 15 minutes again he was word perfect... 'don't forget the brolly...' '...Grandmother in the park...'

Took 2 hours before I realised the rolling news back then had a recorded weather that they re-showed each 15 minutes.

Doh!

Still, at least back then he didn't have to present the weather over a map of britain that resembles a 'floating turd'.

I'm more scared about how incompetent they are. It can't be that difficult to predict the weather in 12 hours time can it? They are meant to be trained.

I mean, they could just look out a window before it is recorded, no-one would be upset if they got it wrong, it's to be expected.

He just makes me think of Gary Rhodes. I keep expecting him to bring out a fish he cooked earlier!!:D

Separated at Birth?

- I've just followed the link. Yep, there's a definite likeness. But have you altered the freaky dude's teeth in the photo? It looks like someone's glued Tic Tacs to his gums.

I bet we're all just waiting for him to say, "Tomorrow will be perfect for 'camping' all over the country." - aren't we?
