Anyone know of any good furniture shops doing pine furniture. I am looking for a TV/video unit, a coffee table with drawers and a dining console table all preferably in pine/buttermilk finish. It would also be nice to find some which was not self-assembly.

Quay Furniture on Bridge St, Rotherham. It's in an old river warehouse full of beautiful pine furniture. If they haven't got what you're looking for then they'll get it built for you, made to measure. Just bought a made to measure dressing table from them which took less than two weeks to be ready. Their showroom is well worth a look round.

Theres also a place on Sharrow Vale Road at the bottom of Cowlishaw Road. Same thing as above big warehouse with old pieces but will make it if you can't find what you want. Sorry don't know the name.

There's quite a nice pinery on Oakbrook Road at Nether Green, got a lovely kitchen table from them.
