Myself and a few of my girlfriends are wanting to go and work abroad in May 2010 for a few months. Possibly just waitressing, promo work or bar work. We are thinking one of the Greek islands or Cyprus and we're not entirely sure how to go about it. Alot of people have advised us to save as much money as possible and book a 2 week holiday for May, fly out and look for work while we're there. We know we wont be earning much but we're going for a new experience more than anything. We have been told that most bars/ restaurants offer accomadation with the job but then you are literally left with peanuts to live on. Has anyone got any useful info , has done anything similar and is able to help us? Thank you!
