We just got some more chipmunks. It's been ages since we last had some. While we were looking for some. Someone told us that you shouldn't have the chipmunks in the same room as a telly (when on). Does anyone know if this is actually true?

I have searched the internet but it's just the facts we already know. Plz help.

Not heard that, but i never kept mine in a room with a TV. The guy i got them from did though and he didn't have problems.

Make sure they have plenty of room, and some good branches etc to climb on.

If their cage is too small they are prone to very repetitive behavior. In the same room with a TV they may annoy you.

If your animals are inside, ensure that they are well away from television sets as the high pitch background noise, which is above our hearing threshold, can cause stress and even death to chipmunks.
