View Full Version : Wednesday and Warnock.
alex3659 05-01-2010, 10:16 Suprised that the owl who posted the thread about United in todays daily mail failed to mention this article in the same newspaper.

scoobydotcom 05-01-2010, 10:19 cant argue with his record but god no!!!
I think there could be some truth in it, he was seen at Hillsborough at the weekend! :D
scoobydotcom 05-01-2010, 10:23 if this happens ... we riot!!! lol
just dont think there's any remote chance of this happenin, he hates us, most fans hate him
united fans booed cresswell etc when they signed for them so imagine the reaction he'd get at S6!! unless he took us up of course!...
Grandad.Malky 05-01-2010, 10:24 Out of the frying pan into the fire :shakes: another none story just like the other one.
alex3659 05-01-2010, 10:24 Warnock once stated in an interview "I would love to manage sheffield wednesday and take them down"
It just goes to show what a headless chicken strafford is.
CorkerSWFC 05-01-2010, 10:26 In a word NO
To be honest, out of all the people who have been named for the job so far he is the only one who I would put money on keeping Wednesday up. If I was a Wednesday fan I would rather have an ex-rival manager and stay up.
pitsmoorlad 05-01-2010, 10:42 If you want the short answer - NO

If you want the long answer - NNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
I will go to the mosque tonight and pray 'don't let this happen!'
I can't see it happening, but I would accept him, he's a good manager. But I know the crowds would plummet further as some fans cannot stand him. It was very strange hearing his comments after the game about Wednesday.

I hope he does to go to hillsborough. He has a slightly better chance of getting wages paid on time as well:hihi:
It's all media hype, there's no way he's ever come to Hillsborough
NERVY-OWL 05-01-2010, 15:16 if it ever happened i don't know what i'd think, he is a decent manager but warnock would never even join us anyway
alex3659 05-01-2010, 16:04 I think there is more chance of the westwood park lurker going to hillsborough than warnock.
Oh hang on though, warnock went there last week.

Warnock is a master of the wind ups and knew exactly what he was doing in that interview.

Never thought of it like that, do you really think it was a passing shot. :hihi:
BasilRathbon 06-01-2010, 10:12 Top trolling from the Daily Mail! Made me laugh anyway.
barnie41 06-01-2010, 10:24 Please god - make this happen!!!!!
