We have a large bright room in our friendly mixed student house sharing with three others and our cat. We live on a quiet road a couple of mins off London Road and Ecclesall Road and really close to both universities and city centre.
It's a nice house with back garden, DVD player and wall-projector (no TV, but we'll entertain you), gas central heating and cooker, all the usual bits and pieces.
Rent is £180.month exc. (bills are less than £20), with 1 month's deposit.
