As far as i read, it's for your supporting documents, such as your birth certificate, and if you're born 1983 or later, mother's birth certificate, or father's and parent's marrage certificate. beth29 28-03-2006, 19:46 how long does it generally take ? fuzzy 28-03-2006, 21:29 I wouldn't bother having it checked. I had mine done and was then contacted by the Passport office and was told they needed more documents, which were the ones i took in with me to the post office and was told i didn't need to send. :( Shiesh 28-03-2006, 21:31 how long does it generally take ? SheShe 29-03-2006, 16:13 Same subect but different thing. Don't forget the E111 is no longer valid and you have to apply for a EHIC (European Health Insurance Card) if holidaying in Spain/Any Euro country. I only found out by accident by asking the PO if my E111 was still valid. I've just done that on line but don't leave it till a couple of days before you go. |
