I spent ages last nigh tring to fix it cos it said it had limeted or no connectivaty. then this morning i thought mayby I need To swich of my set top box the swich it on. ( I have ntl so my internet works through my set top box- No modem) I did this and it worked meaning i wasted me time last night
Quite seriously, I sometimes do stints on an IT support desk for a client and it's amazing how often the advice we give is 'Close it down, turn it off, wait 5 minutes - even better, go make a cup of tea to calm you down - then turn it on again.'
Amazingly enough it must work 60% of the time.... :)
