Hi there we repair ps3 console Is the console switching on then off if so it is a overheating problem on the board and can be fixed feel free to pm for more info

oh no the same has just happened to mine.i put a disk in but the playstation does not see it.i saw on internet where you can take it apart and clean lens sony want to charge £150 so i thought i would try this.but still not working doh

hi yes cleaning the lens may work for a couple of days you will probabl still end up changing the laser we can fit and replace the laser for £90

pcmick with that repair would you give a warrenty and how long would it take

12 mnths warranty on the laser about half an hour always keep at least 2 lasers in stock

Nah, it's anything that uses lead free solder, and high temperatures.

Hi, I have a pretty high success rate of fixing ps3s with the yellow light problem, but I could try and fix it even if it's slightly different. I've been charging £30 but obviously wouldn't charge if it didnt work. Thanks, Joe
