My sons psp needs be set with the ps3... but cant says need to update first? cant update through ps3 like i thought?? can i do this another way?

PS3 Way:

Put your psp into your ps3 with a USB.

Go onto the internet through your ps3.

Go onto the site aboveon your ps3

Download the update from the website whilst your psp is plugged in

PC Way

Go onto the above link on a pc

Download the PSP update and saved it onto a usb memoery stick

Once done put the usb stick into the psp and copy it onto psp

You have to put them onto a memory stick

Can't you do it wirelessly like the old PSP?
