I have suddenly started getting a message on youtube that I either have not got Javascript enabled or I need the latest flash player. Once had it before but can't remember how I solved it? Can anyone point me in the right direction, dunno why these things occur.

Uninstall any old versions of Adobe Flash Player ->
http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html
Install the latest version 10.0.42.34 ->
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
You should do this for security reasons (http://www.adobe.com/support/security/bulletins/apsb09-19.html) anyway, whether it's working correctly or not.
Critical vulnerabilities have been identified in Adobe Flash Player version 10.0.32.18 and earlier. These vulnerabilities could cause the application to crash and could potentially allow an attacker to take control of the affected system.
Adobe recommends users of Adobe Flash Player 10.0.32.18 and earlier versions update to Adobe Flash Player 10.0.42.34.
