Dear You Know Who You Are,

When you are going to a concert or a play, please do not talk or whisper during the performance. WE CAN ALL HEAR YOU AND EVERYONE AROUND YOU IS TRYING TO GET YOUR ATTENTION AND WISHING YOU WOULD SHUT UP.

Please do not eat anything involving wrappers or crunchy stuff. In fact, here's a suggestion.....why not eat during the interval or before or after the performance? Is an hour really too long to go without putting something in your mouth?

Also, the performers are doing their best. You may find yourself not liking it. But actually booing at the end does not make you some genius critic, but a tosser (everyone is looking at you and pitying the poor woman who has come with you). If you chose to pay money to come to a certain style of performance that doesn't match your expectations, then that's your problem. Everyone else looked at the flyer and at the website and at reviews before booking to get an idea of what they were coming to see. Why couldn't you?

Yours very angrily,

M24 :rant::rant::mad:

Where was this - am curious now? I had a problem with a couple near me in the cinema who just chatted all the way through as if they were in a bar - why?? Can't understand why they paid so much money when they could have just bought a coupke of drinks & sat in a bar & chatted.

One of my pet hates is when you go to see something popular - why do people feel the need to shout out comments/ slogans or catchprases from the show?? I would think a large percentage of the audience are familar with these & thats the reason they are there. The Boosh springs to mind, people were constantly shouting things. Makes me cringe to be honest:huh:

It was a combination of events - two concerts and two plays.

Generally wouldn't get on my nerves that much, but when practically EVERY performance you have been to over a month has had annoying people in it it does begin to start to get frustrating. As you said, why not just go to a bar or something if they want to chat rather than ruining something for other people? I:huh:

(I don't think they were the same people, either :hihi:)
