I understand while pregnant your not supposed to eat shellfish but I so love my yearly christmas day prawn cocktail. Does anybody know if I'm allowed too??

go for it hun, ive always been careful not to eat things in pregnancy but this time ive eaten peanuts and runny eggs all way through, like someone said as long as cooked properly should be fine

enjoy your prawn cocktail i add crayfish to mine for a meatier taste and serve for christmas tea with homemade bread!¬¬¬ its a classic!!! all these "foodies" who say its old fashioned are silly!!
enjoy!! just make sure you mayo is hellmans or such like and not fresh!!
i believe if mommys happy so is baby!! you could eat any food and catch anything dependin on the date and where bought from!!
