Mod - please forgive this double post, but am wondering if anyone on the Pets Section knows a kind heating company.
The boiler is not working in the sanctuary, Jackie is very poorly and she's very anxious about the cats. It's freezing in the sanctuary even with portable electrical heaters on.
She's been in touch with the company who installed the boiler but they are asking for a £150 call out. Have been in touch with them and they say they will get back to us. But in the meantime we all know how cold it is out there.
Has anyone got any contacts please in the heating industry who would not charge a call out fee. The sanctuary is at Firth Park.
