Presumably they have done their homework before setting up business, it looks authentic.

Just seems so wrong
all those puppies available supposedly .....so many poor mummy doggies being bred for just in case someone wants a puppy . what happens to the ones that arent sold??

It's sickening isn't it, but to some people, they'll see an advert and think "I'll get a dog".

I very much doubt that would be the case, more like you tell them what you are looking for and then they source one for you

We advise customers wanting a particular breed of dog to ring us before visiting our kennels, to check on availability. We can then advise you if the breed of dog that you require is available and if not, when we expect it will be. We have new pedigree puppies from our network of approved breeders arriving at the Dogs 4 Us puppy kennels every week.

Seems wrong, doesn't it, to be deliberately breeding dogs when there are dogs on the pts list (eg seadog's recent couple).

Grrrrrrr.

It’s all in the link :-

Each of our pedigree puppies is temp vaccinated, wormed and micro-chipped for identification.

Our vet attends daily to oversee the health and welfare of the puppies.

For your peace of mind each puppy is covered by a 6 month guarantee

seeing as many health problems develop after 6mths thats not much compensation, not for the poor owner put through the emotional turmoil of watching their animal sick/die, nor for the poor animal, whose parentage have been subject to such intense breeding, to have resulted in these condition in the first place

there may well be a vet on the premises, there are vets at the premises in many 'shall remain nameless sell lots of pet products' stores, and we all know how some of the animals have fared, tis not the stores but the breeders behind them

no. its up to the person buying a pet to check the background and parents if buying a pedigree pup, make sure its hipscored with a good result etc.
rescues are a different matter. my dog was unwanted and is going deaf in his old age but i dont want a guarantee im not going to swap him for a new one :loopy: pets shouldnt come with guarantees ...u take on a pets its your responsibility , no swapping if you get bored or it gets sick! u take care of it

Actually, yes. If for whatever reason I can't keep either of my dalmatians that were obtained from breeders (the other was from a rescue) they must be returned to their breeders. Regardless of how old they are.

This place supports puppy farms, whim buying and fills up rescue centres.

That said, that's pretty much what pet shops do with small animals too. It all needs stopping.
