By the looks of the number of threads on the subject, you're probably best off going to a chippy - obviously the food of choice in Sheffield

Where is Sheffield 7 or 8, you will have to give more away than that chuck cos not everyone knows where places are just by postcode.

Why not go to a nice restaurant, and then move onto a pub for after dinner drinks? Otherwise you'll be stuck in a pub from 6.30 until presumeably closing time?

Are you wanting somewhere to go in Woodseats?

S7 is Nether Edge, S8's all like Norton, Gleadless and up that way.

you could have two meals and a couple of drinks at the woodseats palace for a tenner if you want to be thrifty!
errr if not, what about the psalter tavern? haven't eaten there for a couple of years but I remember it being ok....good spot for the drinks side of things as its pleasant and you'd have enough privacy without feeling like yer on yer tod. seats outside too if the weather holds......
