These people like to make it difficult (impossible) to find a free number for them lol, I had the same problem with Orange. I ended up going into the actual shop and telling them that I couldn't ring from home so they let me use theirs. It's hassle, but saves you the pounds you'll spend trying to get through to the right people, holding, etc etc

From your phone, dial 4445.

This will put you in touch with their automated service which should also have an option to talk to an advisor.

loulou3, my daughter works on the help desk for 02. I'll have a word with her tomorrow to get the number for you if you want.

Dig out a bill - it should be on there, and from my experience good luck! There's also different service numbers depending on your contract etc....

I phoned the one on the web - was told it was out of date, phone another one instead. That one then told me to phone number on bill. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

And be prepared to get irritated by going through an endless set of automated messages!
