Brought home my lab puppy yesterday and today went to my vet to book in for his 2nd lot of injections (he had his first lot last week), but Springfield Vets in Firth Park, don't do Eurican. Does anyone know of any vets that do? I'm going to get the Yellow Pages out tomorrow, but i thought i would try on here first.
Thanks again.

Where was the puppy from, can you not take it back to the vets that did the 1st vac? If you don't find anyone in the area and it's too far to travel back to where you got him from, then you will just have to have them restarted with the vaccination company that your vet uses.
I don't know if this is of any use, but you could ring them and ask them if they supply any practices in the Sheffield area

Our breeders vet gave our pup an unsual jab (not the one your after thou) but luckerly the vets had some in. It wasnt their usual, but a shortage of the usual meant they'd been given it by their supplier to keep them going.
I phoned round all the vets and eventaully gave up looking and decided he'd have to have his first dose again as there was no-one local that supplied it. It was only when i got to the vets that I discovered they did in fact have the right 2nd dose.
Im getting a pup in Jan and Ive taken a different approach. Ive requested that the breeder doesnt get her jabbed and Ill sort it myself. He wasnt keen but Ive shown him an appointment card for collection day and hes agreed to it.
I know its not the norm but Its going to be timed so we take her to the vets on our way home from picking her up. I had so many problems last time i think it'll be easier this way. I dont want anything to delay being able to take her out and get her socialised.
