Cat Abuse Treatment Society in Firth Park has been given fence panels to enclose the perimeter of their property.
Could anyone point me in the right direction please - is their a funded organisation that employs apprentices/work experience/community based volunteers who could erect the fencing. I have no idea where to begin to look.
