I'm trying to find a laptop that has WiFi. My question is do laptops
automatically support WiFi? The reason I ask is because I was looking at
Laptops over the internet and none of them include WiFi in the specs list,
it just says 'ethernet.' I was looking at pretty expensive computers
too.

Also, can anyone direct me to a site that lets you shop for different
laptops from different companies?

just about all new laptops have a WLAN card built in yes, i'd be surprised if you managed to find one that didn't have it

Which sites are you looking at that don't list the specs? I just checked PCWorld, ebuyer, and Currys and they all state 'WIFI Enbabled' or similar in the specs.

I did notice one that had a 'no' in the specs next to wifi. I can't find it again now but fair chance it was a site cock up rather than a machine without it.

Nearly all laptops from around 2005 on-wards have WiFi

a modern laptop will most likely be wireless enabled from the get go. but it is always worth checking. and it is still possible to buy a USB or PCMIA adaptor for an older machine.
