advice needed about holiday complaint against thomas cook as when i asked for a quiet beachside location i ended up in the middle of extensive building work at a resort without a beach. Both info i should have been given at time of booking. thomas cook have only offfered £75 in vouchers!

I had a similar situation - it is worth pursuing it - I turned down the vouchers and then got £150 back cash!

Be carefull if you get involved in the small claims court, it can be a minefield believe me. good luck:thumbsup:

it sounds to me like you have a strong case!

I'd push for the losses involved in having to take unpaid leave too - to actually get a holiday ;)
