Hi im considering joining aqua aerobics at hillsborough leisure centre, I was just wondering if anybody who goes there already or who knows anything about it could tell me what its like? What sort of age are the people as i am 21 and not sure if many people of that age go, also how many people are there in a class, anything you can tell me about it would be most appreciated. Thanks!

I went a few times and the age group is predominately the upper end of middle age towards 50s, 60s and even 70s.

There are a few young people though, I'm only 23. Interestingly, there's no men at all. Maybe they're all out chasing eye candy...

Anyway, I always found everyone to be nice when I went. The only disadvantage of the older age group was that I found it quite gentle. I soon realised that I got a lot more out of simply swimming for half an hour.
