View Full Version : Knitting bags (this bit has been added as my title was too short) Lucy-Lastic 06-12-2009, 20:13 Mum has asked for a large knitting bag for Christmas as she has just started knitting again. Does anyone have any reccommendations for large pretty knitting bags? Mr&MrsRadish 06-12-2009, 21:09 Don't have any suggestions right now, but nice to "hear" from you, how are you? Mr&MrsRadish 06-12-2009, 21:13 This site has some, but they are rather traditional here (http://www.knitandsew.co.uk/Knitting_Bags.htm) Mr&MrsRadish 06-12-2009, 21:16 And herehere (http://www.purlescence.co.uk/cat--bags--bag.html) Mr&MrsRadish 06-12-2009, 21:18 And possibly here too here! (http://www.angelyarns.com/bags/knittingbag.php) Lucy-Lastic 06-12-2009, 21:27 Absolutely knackered - after 5 weeks placement. Had no time to even spend it with the family during those weeks as I was either planning and prepping or at school so it had been nice to spend a bit of time with them this weekend. Thanks for the links BTW. Has Jill got anything in the shop atm? This one (http://www.knitandsew.co.uk/Antique_Knitting_Bag_686.htm) is quite nice but it doesn't seem to say much about it! Mr&MrsRadish 06-12-2009, 21:34 Yes, i think there are a few knitting bags left, perhaps she'll log on in a bit and let you know. You will probably get a nice rest in the Christmas break then?!
