Talking of dirty kids' TV, the best one I ever saw was that episode of Rainbow which was literally filled with filth!

I'm pretty sure thats fake, its just too obvious and would have never passed the censors back then.

That Rainbow skit was an "in-house" bit of fun for the cast to watch at Xmas. The BBC used to put together a Christmas tape of similar, specially shot stuff for their staff.

An example of the BBC Xmas tapes is when John Cleese did a cameo on "Doctor Who". They used it as an opportunity to film the following:
