If your pc has a 1.1ghz processor, the odds are that your motherboard wont support a decent enough processor to play any of the newer games so would probably have to upgrade the motherboard and processor, and then you will most likely need more/new ram too You will also need a decent graphics card, onboard graphics just wont cut it on most pc's, can u provide a little more info on the setup you have? eg how much ram, what graphics card. gillybear 04-12-2009, 20:09 What sidbobs is saying is that you'll need a new base unit at least. You may just be able to salvage the case, CD/DVD Drives and possibly the Hard Drive but that's probably too small by today's standards. Expect to pay around £250 minimum for a very basic gaming PC base unit. philrayner53 06-12-2009, 17:14 I would concur, not really worth messing with, best to just buy an new unit, prices have come down dramatically over recent years, shop around and you should get a bargain this time of year. |
