Am so disappointed - I've been trying to book either on line or by phone since 11 am and all five nights at Sheffield Arena have sold out - can't believe it. How do people get these tickets? The telephone number was constantly engaged and the site kept crashing. If I hadn't been working I would probably have queued, didnt think it would be such a problem with it being five nights. Very very disappointed as I was going to surprise my daughter with a ticket at Christmas :( never mind they say its the thought that counts!

I'd got an early booking link from his website, so was trying to book from 9a.m Still didn't get any. Gave up this afternoon.

I can guarantee that theyl be touts selling em on e bay for double the price or even more, something needs to be done about this, its getting ridiciolous! infact theyve started already on e bay. knob heads!!!

You can report any of the tickets on ebay for breaking the terms and conditions of sale.

I.e. this ticket must not be sold or resold without express written permission from the Promoter of the event.

Unfortunately ebay probably won't do anything about it because they will make too much money from the sale.

I agree that its getting out of hand! It's a joke. Not that I wanted to go to Peter Kay. But when I went to see AC/DC at Birmingham, I was one of the lucky few who got tickets, when I was there I was talking to this bloke stood behind me, and he paid 200 quid for his ticket....ridic!

I tried for an hour when they started selling them then saw that two nights had completely sold out in something like 40 minutes. After that I gave up. I'm not going to let those tout gits have any of my cash, I'll spend it on 3 different comedians at next years Sheffield Comedy Festival instead.

I just seen on his facebook page that he added more dates to Sheffield for 5 days now insted of the 3, But on the arena web site says all days have sold out by now on the first day of sale. totally guttard has so wanted to see him. But no way will i be paying ebay prices, ebay should stop ticket sale they did do on other events when people try to sell them.

We managed to get tickets - well pleased, although apparently it was hard work

Work mate went and queued outside arena after finishing nights at 6 this morn. He got some but said each person could buy a maximum of 8 tickets each if they wanted!!:loopy:No prices for guessing why sold out so fast. Gutted as wanted to go but didn't realise mate from work was going so he didn't get any extra tickets:(

Two work colleagues spent over an hour on the website this morning and managed to get 8 tickets each. One will be putting six of them on ebay. It's not right.

I went on at 9am, queued for an hour and a half and managed to get two lower tier seats. Almost punched the screen in stress of waiting and refreshing and checking different dates, but it does take some effort and willingness to settle for a less popular area to get a seat at all.

I think they'll add more dates next year, so keep listening out.

I have 8 for manchester and genuinely wanted them all for xmas pressies but was really angry that they didnt say that Sheffield was on the horizon....if any one wants to swap!!!

Saw him City Hall on bungalow tour,brilliantl but somehow don't think the arena is the size for comedy so didn't even think of paying £70 for me and the missus.

Unfortunately the vast majority of the tickets they bought will now be resold for profit.

Which idiot at the Arena thought it was a good idea to let people buy EIGHT tickets each? How many people genuinely wanted eight tickets?

Managed to get front row tickets for me and OH! We were relatively close to the front of the queue and this woman came out about half hour after they went on sale and said "i've got front row and i've bought extra if anybody wants to buy them for cash" :rant::rant:

Think I'll just wait for the video and the book, next Christmas :)
