Any of the reptile shops in sheffield will be able to sort you out with a UV Light and spot bulb.

You'll never get £250 for a bearded dragon and set up. It's a bit steep when you can buy a bearded for £40 or rescue one. Also a second hand 4 foot vivarium would be around £100.

250 is way over priced

wendy222 why you want to buy a bearded dragon set up? because you will get fed up of it in a week and sell it for more than you paid.

:confused:And whats wrong if people can sell them for MORE than what they paid for them?:confused:

Also, a 'Bearded Dragon set up' would be pretty cr@p and would probably take LESS than a week to become 'boring'.......that is until you put a couple of Dragons in it :D Definately makes it a lot more entertaining. Not like the usual snakes and Lizards that just sit there motionless for weeks on end. Bearded Dragons are the lizard/reptile version of a monkey imo :hihi:. Great fun :D.

"bearded dragon set up ment with the dragons" and they are brilliant to keep as i have two myself, but what im saying is that certain people not mentioning anyone buys animals then get fed up with them after so long, which isnt fair on the bearded dragon

Can I just say that for one adult beardie you should be ideally looking at a 4ft viv 3ft at the absolute minimum.

Any less would be cruel for an adult.

My adult male has a 5ft to himself and he loves exploring every inch every evening while im trying to watch tv.

I really appretiate the comment and it was something i was concerened about long term , so i will look for a bigger tank than i wanted to start of with as like you said its cruel if not the correct size tank long term . thanks for the tip

My dragon seems to sit in the coolest area of the tank, then not move? Is this because the tank is too big or the heat lamp isnt strong enough? I have to move him back to the warmer area and he picks up againg.
