Nope, take it from me, theres no secret. Theres only one winner and thats the bookies.
Whens the last time you saw a broke bookmakers?
It may look like they are winning, but whos to say that they are actually in profit. It can be a never ending circle of winning and losing, but more than likely ultimately ending down.
p.s. if you want to practise go to one of the many bookie sites like ladbrokes or bet365. I do all my gambling online, and the casino games are all externally monitored, so they are completely random and winnable.

Without a dealer, i.e. a machine, then it is a simple LWP (luck with prizes machine) and must have a minimum percentage payout.
Wait until you see someone play it for a while with no luck, then when the become despondent and go looking for some food in the nearest skip, jump in there and give it your best shot.
In a casino, there is no system that works unless you have a particularly dozy dealer, or a foot operated spin computer.
Dozy dealers are easier to find. Casinos in the early afternoon, just after opening, may often have trainee dealers onthe roullette tables. Just sit there making a few paltry bets on columns or dozens, and watch where the ball lands.
Chances are it will be slowly stepping its way round the wheel, and staying within one of the predefined 'sections' (orphelins, voisins du zero' and 'tier du cylindre').
A dozy croupier will not vary his or her spin much, and will tend to land the ball in the same section repeatedly, slowly walking round the wheel to the next section.
At the right moment, after the croupier spins the ball to the same somnabulistic rhythm, but before calling 'no more bets' - place a fat section bet.
These pay out at between 2:1 and 31:5, but are about the only kind of predictable bets in roullette.
However, I doubt the fruit machine/roullette machine will give you much leeway to do this.

It's amusing to watch people in a casino when they realise a croupier is block spinning - see them all flock to the table :)

Dead right.
When I was 17 or so my Dad showed me an Andy Capp cartoon, to educate me about gambling.
Andy returns broke from Bookies, to find Flo waiting for him.
Flo - "Where's the bookie going for his holidays this year?"
Andy - "Bermuda, for a month"
Flo - "And what are we doing?"
Andy - "A week at yer mothers"
Flo - "Think about it".
