View Full Version : Oh No!!I've just caught me sausage in me zip!
Been out to the local butchers and bought some links of sausages. He always wraps everything in paper and on my way home the heavens opened and I got drowned..
..but..
my sausages were getting all soggy so I put them inside my coat and thats where the trouble started as I zipped my coat up, I got one of the links caught in it and I cant seem to get it out as I might pop the sausage and get meat all over my new anorak..
Can anyone give me any advice how to get the sausage out without staining my new anorak ?

I had to cut the end of the sausage to get all the meat out of the skin and then managed to pull the zip down but I now have a stain on my zip and dont know what to do.
It is a dark blue quilted anorak and there is now a whitish stain down the front.
Can anyone give me any advice please ? :help:
Dab it with a bit of Hendersons, that should hide the white stains.

My anorak is dark blue and Hendersons is brown
Have you tried this Mort, I dont want to spoil it any more than it is, I have only had it a couple of years.

I can guarantee the white stains will vanish, however i've never had an anorak, i've heard they're difficult pets to keep.

The diamond quilted ones are fine, I think your getting mixed up with kagools.
They can be very troublesome.

Try keeping a parka, they just won't stand still, so you can't park 'em anywhere!

While your here Mort, and as you seem very knowledgable in fashion, can you tell me where I can get one of these ( http://www.selectism.com/news/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/band-of-outsiders-duffle-coat-02.jpg)
I have had a duffle coat for some years now and apart from having to let the hem on the sleeves down to the last and it been a bit short now, I have lost a button and it just happens to be the one where my belly is so I cant wear it as my t shirt rides up and I get a chill
I look forward to your kind help :D
Is that a woggle? I think you need to ask this chap (http://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/member.php?u=77647).
Or maybe I'm thinking of something else.
I've not had a duffle coat since I stopped needing to have my gloves on a piece of string.

Oh, and I had to extend my string when I let the hems down as every time I put one glove on the other would disappear up the other sleeve
You two are starting to confuse me now, woggle, toggle, meds....

I'm sure he'd love to hear from you and of course you can drop me in it say I recommended you contact him.
Do you think you'd have been better sticking with the marmelade sandwiches rather than branching out in charcuterie? (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Sausage_making-H-1.jpg) ?
