Here's the problem:

Due to the usual hoo-ha that usually precedes weddings :roll: the stag party nearly didn't take place, and now we're struggling to get a hotel for a reasonable price in Liverpool (well, any hotel at all really).

The group are catching a train from Birmingham, and cost is an issue. The date is tomorrow night.

Which city and which venue would you recommend (and why)?

The Nelson until closing time (classic rock downstairs, modern upstairs) and then the big room at Corp?

Sorry - misread that one. I'd tell them not to get on that train and go to Edwards in Brum itself or maybe Rock City in Nottingham.
