The event which we are organising is a foundation degree project and we have decided to do a 5 a side junior football tournment for all local junior football clubs in the area. All donations/ proceeds from the event will be donated to the charity united through sport

United Through Sport is an international sports development charity that unites people around the world to play sport and tackle social inequality. Sport is central to everything we do. It is the vehicle by which we deliver development and long-lasting change to improve the lives of some of the poorest and most vulnerable communities across the world. The values of sport – fitness, fair play, teamwork, the pursuit of excellence - are universal. Sport is a global language understood and loved by all. When coupled with development, sport can work as a powerful force for good to help improve the health, education and well-being of those in need

We are looking at getting a sports personality to hand out prizes to the winning team and also looking at getting media intrest involved. Would any u8s team be intrested in taking part in the trounment. All teams will recieve a cash incentative for participating

If intrested the please pm me for more details

right it will be easier if you contact teams individualy go on fa find a club. You can search the post code and find clubs, can i ask how they will be a cash incentavie for particcpating if money goes to charity.

My understanding there is no entry fee so how will you raise moeny?

I think teams will pay Maybe what £1 a player to enter its affordable and you dont have to give money away then you do have money for charities?

When is the comp taking place ill be able to get you a team to join in..?
