Introducing Arts Bytes! This is a new project from Art in the Park, providing an opportunity for adults in Langsett to learn new art techniques and meet people!

This winter why not come join our arts and crafts activities; these sessions are FREE, open to all adults over 19 regardless of your level of skill. The sessions will end with a free trip to Yorkshire Sculpture Park!

This is an opportunity to learn new art techniques from mosaic to print making, origami to embroidery. We will also be recording techniques with photography and camcorders in order to create an online craft blog so others can learn all the art techniques being taught throughout the project.

Sessions are running every Thursday at St Barts Church, Langsett Road.
Thursday 26th November 10am-1pm
Thursday 3rd December 10am-1pm
Thursday 10th December 10am-1pm
Thursday 17th December 10am-1pm

The sessions continue after Christmas for 5 weeks.

Just come along at the stated day and time above and get involved. You don’t have to come every week and no experience in art or IT is necessary.

Luisa- are these session listed on www.eventsheffield.com?
I had a look but couldn't see them. The site works by letting you submit events to it that are moderated then put up live a few days later.
It may take a while to submit each individual event but i'm certain it'd be worth it as the site is getting nearly 3million hits a month at the moment.
