Introducing Arts Bytes! This is a new project from Art in the Park, providing an opportunity for adults in Burngreave to learn new art techniques and meet people!

This winter why not come join our arts and crafts activities; these sessions are FREE, open to all adults over 19 regardless of your level of skill. The sessions will end with a free trip to Yorkshire Sculpture Park!

This is an opportunity to learn new art techniques from mosaic to print making, origami to embroidery. We will also be recording techniques with photography and camcorders in order to create an online craft blog so others can learn all the art techniques being taught throughout the project.

The sessions continue after Christmas for 5 weeks.

Just come along at the stated day and time above and get involved. You don’t have to come every week and no experience in art or IT is necessary.

Starts tomorrow!

Activities for the next 4 weeks will focus on drawing and painting with a creative mark making angle. We will also look at miniatures, a traditional Asian art form.

Life drawing class at Verdon Street Rec Centre, in Pitsmoor, begin again from 11th January on mondays 6.30pm to 8.30pm £5 to cover cost of model and some materials. All welcome.
