Has anyone an idea of what program this environment variable might belong to ?

you just upgraded/installed ZoneAlarm?

It probably is a Zone Alarm issue as indicated by Vini.

Google 'tvdumpflags' and you will get plenty of references and solutions.

Google search pulled this (http://www.computing.net/security/wwwboard/forum/15681.html) up.

Basically it tells you to check autoexec.bat to see if you have a TV Tuner in your PC that is trying to connect online, your firewall may be blocking it.
