i have a brother printer , dcp150
i hardly use it , so its in excellent condition
i was printing out a sheet last week and a bit of the paper tore off , so a message came up , i have read the manual and done exactlly what it has said , ........... i know there is no paper jammed , because i got it out , i have unplugged and left it .as advised , but still it is flashing this error message
unable to print ,
really my question is ..........can i get it fixed .........(where please , i have no idea )
or do i just buy a new one

You could take it to Cartridge World or ring them first and ask how much it would cost to have a gander at it. They will advise if it is possible to sort it or otherwise.

Before you spend any money on it why not try uninstalling it and install it again.
With printers being so cheap these days it may cost more to repair than to replace.
