I saw the first one and my overall view of it was that NOTHING HAPPENS! It seems from the reviews that the second one is considerably worse. Has anyone seen it yet?

Yep i saw it yesterday afternoon. I loved all the books (think they are def better than the films so far) and im a big Edward fan :love:Thought the first film was great and i really enjoyed it. The second film seems a lot more "glossier" if you know what i mean, lots of contact lenses and it just seems more clean cut. Prob had much more money to spend on the second.

Just seen it today with my girlfriend.

She loved it and cried three times. I just shook my head and tutted a lot.

If I could offer one short review - it's Dawson's Creek with mythical creatures!

I am still in awe of Edward. LOL! I really enjoyed the movie. I thought it was very true to the story and it leaves you wanting more. The casting of Bella and Edward is perfect. The gloomy way it's filmed really has a great "feel" to it. I will definitely see this movie again. The special effects are cool without being overdone. It's very romantic. I suggest getting tickets early and don't even try to see it this weekend.
