I absolutely adore this film - think it is sooo clever, but even though I have seen it loads of times, always get confused as to what is the real story and what has been made up :confused:

What is the truth - has anyone got the answer for me?

None of it it true, Kaiser Soze is made up by Spacey's character to get him off from the police. It's all a story in a story.

yes I know... but if it was all a story, how did all the other guys come to be in it - Gabriel Byrne and the rest.... coz they WERE in it weren't they? The police knew them and arrested them didn't they?

Did they? All they found were a set of corpses, most of them unitentifiable. Did they ever exist, or were they just random bodies?

The great thing about this film is that it doesn't have the answers. It is up to you, the viewer, to believe what you want to believe about it all.
