...and she is just 12 years old!

ABBIE TAYLOR - WORLD CHAMPION - PARIS (http://www.bmx2day.com/videos/bercy/samedi/girls12.wmv)

Abbie is a big hope for Elite Women for the 2012 London Olympic Games.

Just shows what facilities built by Sheffield riders can acheive.

If only the City would get behind our riders....

Well done Abbie!

Here's the ELITE MEN FINAL (http://www.bmx2day.com/videos/bercy/samedi/elites.wmv) also...

Imagine bringing the 2500 competitors and 17,000 crowd to Sheffield Arena some day.

Wahey

Cheers for the news and link. Congrats to Abbie for an awesome result. You are right - formal support for this kind of sport in the city would be excellent. She couldn't have done that without the support of the rider built facilities.

Looking forward to attending the event in the Arena ;)
